今年以来,消费回升向好态势进一步巩固,服务消费增长态势持续较好,节假日对消费的带动作用进一步增强,消费下沉与"北上"消费特点显现,重点品类消费走势分化.但应注意到,现阶段扩大消费的核心问题在于消费能力有待进一步恢复,疤痕效应仍在起效,服务消费潜力释放面临一些能力短板和限制制约,消费品以旧换新"最后一公里"问题犹存,各类消费环境短板弱项影响消费意愿释放.建议紧抓服务消费和消费品以旧换新这两大抓手,多措并举减少消费释潜障碍,推动今年消费持续向好.
Consumption Continues to Rebound and Shows a Positive Trend,with Renewed Momentum Emerging and Growing——Analysis of consumption situation and policy suggestions from January to May 2024
Since the beginning of this year,the trend of consumption recovery has been further consolidated,and the growth trend of service consumption has continued to be good.The driving effect of holidays on consumption has been further strengthened,and the characteristics of consumption sinking and the"northward"consumption have become apparent.The consumption trends of key categories have differentiated.However,it should be noted that the core issue of expanding con-sumption at this stage is the need for further recovery of consumption capacity,the scar effect is still taking effect,the potential re-lease of service consumption faces some capacity gaps and limitations,the problem of"last mile"of trading in old for new con-sumer goods still exists,and various weak points in the consumer environment affect the release of consumption willingness.It is suggested to focus on the two major drivers of service consumption and trade in of consumer goods,and take multiple measures to reduce potential barriers to consumption and promote sustained improvement in consumption this year.
