构建碳市场下电力价格预测模型研究——基于宁夏回族自治区碳—电两个市场数据的联动分析

分析碳价对电价的传导机制,构建基于碳市场的电力市场价格预测模型,有利于促进碳—电市场协同发展,助力我国"双碳"目标的实现.在碳交易的背景下,电网的电源结构和形态都会发生显著的变化,影响电网的发电成本,进而引起电价变动.本文在碳中和愿景下,研究"碳—电"两个市场相互关系,量化分析全国碳市场对电价的影响.在综合考虑碳市场的影响、新能源结构等因素变化基础上,采用人工神经网络方法,开展电力价格水平预测.研究结果表明,随着碳市场中碳价的升高,未来电力价格呈现上升趋势.基于此,应结合碳市场开展电力价格预测工作,建立"碳—电"市场价格联动机制,以更好地服务"双碳"目标的实现.
Research on Building a Prediction Model for Electricity Prices in Carbon Markets——Linkage analysis based on the data of carbon and electricity markets in Ningxia autonomous region
Analyzing the transmission mechanism of carbon prices on electricity prices and constructing a carbon market based electricity market price prediction model is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of the electricity car-bon market and helping China achieve its"dual carbon"goals.In the context of carbon trading,the power structure and form of the power grid will undergo significant changes,which in turn will affect the generation cost of the power grid and cause changes in electricity prices.This article studies the relationship between the"carbon-electricity"markets under the vision of carbon neutrality,and quantitatively analyzes the impact of the national carbon market on electricity prices.Based on a com-prehensive consideration of factors such as the impact of the carbon market and changes in the structure of new energy,an arti-ficial neural network method is used to predict the level of electricity prices.The research results indicate that with the increase of carbon prices in the carbon market,future electricity prices will show an upward trend.Based on this,electricity price fore-casting should be carried out in conjunction with the carbon market,and a"carbon-electricity"market price linkage mecha-nism should be established to better serve the achievement of the"dual carbon"goal.
