Study on the Formation Mechanism of Supply Chain Resilience of Cross-border E-commerce Platforms——A case study based on SHEIN
Building a resilient supply chain is a crucial means of responding to the complex global economic situation and enhancing national security and competitiveness.While cross-border e-commerce,as a new form of digital economy,plays a vital role in supply chain development.This article conducts a theoretical analysis of the formation mechanism of supply chain resilience from three stages:adaptation,stability and development.It takes SHEIN as an example to find that its high level of digitalization and automation makes it ahead of competitors in the same industry;The collaborative development and mutual benefit between upstream and downstream supply chain partners give it stronger resistance and recovery capabilities;The establishment of a complete and efficient global logistics network ensures its rapid and stable logistics services.To enhance supply chain resilience,it is necessary to accelerate the application and innovative development of digital technology in supply chains,promote collaborative development and mutual benefit among upstream and downstream enterprises,and establish a more complete and efficient modern logistics system.
