Research on Airport Passenger Travel Experience Based on SOR-SEM Model
Under the background of smart airports,enhancing the experience of passengers during the flight process has become the key development direction for modern airports.This paper takes regional hub airport as an example,based on Stimulus-Organism-Response theory,the airport passenger travel experience model is constructed with comprehensive con-sideration on passenger satisfaction and pleasure.Taking Tianjin Binhai International Airport passengers as investigation objects,the structural equation model analysis method is used to quantitatively analyze the influence mechanism of various influencing factors.The results show that onboard environment,check-in security,delay remediation,and shopping diet have positive im-pact on perceived quality,perceived quality has positive effect on passenger satisfaction and pleasure,perceived value has the mediating effect.Therefore,optimizing the onboard environment and check-in security processes,providing effective delay remediation measures,and offering a variety of shopping diet options can significantly improve passengers'perceived quality and value,thereby improving the overall travel experience.Based on this,efforts should be made to increase the perceived value of airport services,improve the construction of internal supporting facilities,and develop the comprehensive system for delay remediation.
