Research on Pricing Strategy of Prepared Dishes Supply Chain——Analysis based on consumer purchasing behavior
With the rapid development of the prepared dishes industry,there has been fierce market competition between prepared dishes and fresh agricultural products,which has brought about new issues of scientific pricing.Considering consumer purchasing behavior,a decentralized pricing model and a centralized pricing model for the fresh prepared dishes supply chain are constructed under two strategies of supplier unified pricing and differential pricing.The wholesale price,retail price,demand,and profit of prepared dishes and fresh agricultural products are solved,and the pricing strategies of unified pricing and differen-tial pricing are compared and analyzed.The conclusion shows that in the decentralized pricing model,compared with the dif-ferential pricing strategy,when suppliers adopt a unified pricing strategy,their own profits decrease,while the profits of both producers and retailers increase.At the same time,the supply chain system has higher profits.In order to encourage suppliers to adopt a unified pricing strategy,a revenue sharing contract has been designed,and it has been proven that the revenue sharing contract can achieve coordinated development of the fresh prepared dishes supply chain.Based on this,different pricing strate-gies should be adopted according to the characteristics of the development stage of prepared dishes;Enrich the category of pre-pared dishes and highlight the differences of prepared dishes;Utilize the advantages of prepared dishes quality and safety;Pro-mote production standardization,enrich the categories of prepared dishes,and enhance the level of research and development innovation.
