基于数字经济与实体经济深度融合的基础上,深入研究数字产业集群的创新理论和演化规律,探索富有中国特色的数字产业集群创新发展之路,加速打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群,有着重要的学术价值和现实意义.数实融合与数字产业集群两者互促共进,数实深度融合对产业集群发展具有显著的赋能效应,数字产业集群则通过产生的协同效应和网络效应促进数字经济和实体经济进一步深度融合.数字产业集群的培育形成和创新发展,既需要充分发挥市场机制的决定性作用,也离不开政府政策的有力支持.当前,亟待构建与数字产业集群发展相适应的新型生产关系和搭建支持数字产业集群创新发展的政策框架体系.
Research on Innovative Development of Digital Industry Clusters Based on the Integration of Data and Reality
Based on the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,in-depth research on the innova-tion theory and evolution laws of digital industry clusters,exploring the path of innovative development of digital industry clus-ters with Chinese characteristics,accelerating the construction of digital industry clusters with international competitiveness,has important academic value and practical significance.The integration of data and reality and the digital industry cluster promote mutual progress.Deep integration of data and reality has a significant empowering effect on the development of industry clus-ters.The synergistic and network effects generated by digital industry clusters also promote further deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.In the cultivation,formation,and innovative development process of digital industry clusters,it is necessary to fully leverage the decisive role of market mechanisms and the strong support of government policies.At present,there is an urgent need to build a new type of production relationship that is suitable for the development of digital industry clusters and establish a policy framework system to support the innovative development of digital industry clusters.
