数字技术与制造业产业链现代化发展

随着数实深度融合,数字技术已经成为驱动制造业产业链现代化发展的重要力量,在催生新型业态模式、增强产业链创新能力、推动高端化发展,以及提升产业链效率等方面作用显著.近些年,随着关键核心数字技术的不断突破及其应用场景的加速拓展,我国制造业产业链逐步升级,但仍面临很多挑战,如数字化水平有待提高、亟需破解全球价值链"低端锁定"困局、数据要素流通有待进一步畅通等.为应对这些挑战,本文建议积极探索制造业产业链数字化水平逐步推进新模式,以数据要素循环流通强化要素支撑,以创新突破推动高端化发展,以新型数字化平台推动链上企业协同共赢.
Digital Technology and the Modernization of the Manufacturing Industry Chain
With the continuous integration and application of digital technology in traditional manufacturing,digital technology has become an important driving force for the modernization of the manufacturing industry chain.The application of digital technology can give birth to new forms,enhance the security and controllability,promote the high-end develop-ment,and enhance the efficiency of the industry chain.At present,with the continuous breakthroughs in key core digital technologies,the application scenarios of digital technology in the manufacturing industry chain are constantly expanding,driving the comprehensive upgrading of China's manufacturing industry chain.However,its modernization development still faces many challenges,such as the need to improve the digitalization level,the urgent need to solve the"low-end lock-in"dilemma of the global value chain,and the need for further smooth flow of data elements.To address these challenges,this pa-per suggests actively exploring new models for gradually advancing the digitalization level of the manufacturing industry chain,strengthening the element support of the manufacturing industry chain through the circulation of data elements,promoting the high-end development of the manufacturing industry chain through innovative breakthroughs,and promoting enterprise col-laboration in the manufacturing industry chain through new digital platforms.
