Theoretical Research on Patent Value Evaluation——Analysis based on the three-dimensional perspectives of technology, law, and market
With the rise of the knowledge economy, patents have become a crucial safeguard for innovative achievements, making the evaluation of patent value increasingly significant.Based on a comprehensive literature study, this paper first builds a multidimensional patent value evaluation system utilizing the Delphi;Subsequently, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is em-ployed to calculate the weight of each dimensional characteristic indicator; Finally, the cloud model of patent indicators under-goes matter-element analysis, where the price evaluation of patents is achieved by calculating each indicator of the patent being assessed and determining the price range with the highest membership degree. The results indicate that the price ranges with the highest membership degree for most patents align with the actual transaction prices, demonstrating the feasibility of the AHP-cloud matter element evaluation model in patent price evaluation. This model provides a theoretical basis and deci-sion-making framework for patent price evaluation.
