Research on Comprehensive Evaluation and Improvement Optimization of Power Transmission Project Operation
Building the new power system is the key to realizing the"dual carbon goal in the power industry.The new reform situation puts forward higher requirements for power grid enterprises to improve the efficiency of power grid operation.The power transmission business as the main businesse of power grid enterprises,the operation level of power transmission pro-jects should be scientifically and systematically evaluated,which has important reference value for power grid planning and in-vestment.Starting from the two dimensions of operational efficiency and benefits of transmission projects,a comprehensive e-valuation system for transmission project operation based on transmission capacity analysis and operational capacity analysis is constructed in this paper.Empirical analysis is carried out based on actual engineering historical data,indicating that the pro-posed method has strong practical value and can provide guidance and referenceforoptimizing operational management deci-sions of power grid enterprises.Based on the above research and analysis,some suggestions to support the sustainable develop-ment of cross-regional power grids are proposed:the power grid enterprises should continuously optimize their business strategies,make reasonable decisions to optimize resource allocation,identify weak links to clarify reform focus points,strengthen lean operation andfurther improve efficiency and benefits,in order toconsolidate the foundation of high-quality development of cross-regional power grids.
