Research on Strategies for Enhancing Comprehensive Energy Service Capability under the Background of"Dual Carbon"Goals——Using business design that considers customer differences as a starting point
Under the background of the"dual carbon"target,comprehensive energy services have gradually become one of the key layout directions for energy enterprises.Due to the wide variety of customer types,adopting a single service approach is difficult to meet the increasingly diverse energy varieties and quality requirements.In view of this,this article conducts a de-tailed analysis of differences in energy demand among four typical customers from the perspectives of energy types and demand characteristics.By matching business types with customer types,four comprehensive energy customized service models are de-signed.The research results indicate that comprehensive energy companies should consider the differentiated energy demand characteristics of customers,strengthen refined services,and adopt different strategies:Promote high innovation and high-yield businesses to a certain type of customer;Promote low innovation and high-yield businesses to second-class customers;Promote high innovation and low revenue businesses to three types of customers;Promote low innovation and low revenue businesses to four types of customers,and conduct real-time dynamic analysis and optimization layout of various businesses based on market trends and the company s own resource situation.
