红色旅游重点县域文旅融合评价体系构建与成效评估

中文摘要：从县域空间尺度构建文旅融合评价体系对于精准衡量红色旅游的文旅融合成效具有重要的理论价值和现实意义.为此,本文从经济效益、文化效益、社会效益和生态效益四个维度构建红色旅游文旅融合评价指标体系.在此基础上,从县域尺度的数据单元出发,对我国12个红色旅游重点县的文旅融合水平进行成效评估.研究发现,红色旅游重点县的文旅融合水平在经济、社会、文化和生态效益之间呈现较高的耦合度,高度耦合率为50％,但大部分县域红色旅游的文旅发展协调度普遍偏低.为更好地促进红色旅游县域的文旅融合发展,从延长红色旅游产业链、创新红色旅游文创产品、促进生态与旅游和谐共生和增加红色文旅融合协调性四个方面提出政策建议.

外文摘要：Red tourism has played an important demonstration effect in promoting the deep integration and development of culture and tourism in China.However,how to measure the development effectiveness of the integration of culture and tourism is still a difficult problem for red tourism to be solved.Therefore,the article firstly constructs an evaluation index system of cultural and tourism integration of red tourism covering 4 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators from the four di-mensions of economic benefits,cultural benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.On this basis,from the data unit of county scale,it evaluates the effectiveness of the cultural and tourism integration level of 12 key counties of red tourism in China.It was found that per capita disposable income of rural residents,new urban employment,the number of public libraries and per capita green space of parks were the primary weighting elements of the four benefit systems of cultural and tourism integration of red tourism.Further analysis shows that the level of cultural and tourism integration in the key counties of red tourism shows a high degree of coupling between economic,social,cultural and ecological benefits,with high coupling rates above 50％,but the degree of coordination of cultural and tourism development in most counties is generally low.In order to better promote the level of cultural and tourism integration and development in key red tourism counties,policy recommendations are made in four areas:extending the red tourism industry chain,innovating red tourism cultural and creative products,promoting the harmonious coex-istence of ecology and tourism,and increasing the coordination of red cultural and tourism integration.
