Accelerating the development of a high-standard market system is a necessary choice for comprehensively deepening economic reform and advancing China's economic modernization.This paper elucidates the significance of speeding up the construction of a high-standard market system for the comprehensive deepening of economic reforms,achieving high-quality economic development,and promoting China's modernization.It then outlines the key reform orientations in building a high-standard market system from three aspects:establishing a unified national market,advancing factor market re-forms,and improving the fundamental institutions of a socialist market economy.Based on these foundations,this paper propos-es strategic pathways to expedite the development of a high-standard market system in China,emphasizing that building a uni-fied national market is the core objective,factor market reform is the crucial element,and strengthening the foundational insti-tutions of the socialist market economy is the fundamental guarantee.
