内生发展动力不足是影响乡村全面振兴的重要问题也是难题.教育赋能乡村振兴是破解乡村内生发展难题,推进乡村高质量发展,进而实现乡村全面振兴的重要路径.教育赋能乡村振兴的生成逻辑是以人才培养为引擎,带动产业振兴以形成乡村振兴的持续动力,进而推进乡村可持续发展.当前教育中所出现的乡村教育资源不足,职业教育与乡村产业振兴需求不匹配,教育人才产出与乡村可持续发展脱节,掣肘了教育赋能乡村振兴的实效,可以通过优化乡村教育资源,健全职业教育体系,人才产出"亲农"等路径来纾困.
The Generation Logic,Practical Challenges,and Implementation Path of Eeducation Empowering Rural Revitalization
The insufficient endogenous development momentum is a significant issue and challenge affecting compre-hensive rural revitalization.Empowering rural revitalization through education is an important pathway to address the difficulties of endogenous rural development,promote high-quality rural development,and ultimately achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.The generative logic of education empowering rural revitalization is to use talent cultivation as the engine,drive industrial revitalization,and thus establish a sustainable momentum for rural revitalization,further promoting sustainable rural development.Currently,the inadequacy of rural educational resources,the mismatch between vocational education and rural industrial revitalization needs,and the disconnect between talent output in education and sustainable rural development hinder the effectiveness of education in empowering rural revitalization.This can be alleviated by optimizing rural educational resources,improving the vocational education system,and enhancing the"agricultural orientation"of talent output.
