查尔斯·泰勒作为社群主义的领军人物之一，对新自由主义的自我观展开批评，并在此基础上建构了一种“共享式自我”观，特别强调了道德框架、公共善、语言、道德根源对自我的建构作用。泰勒对现代性自我的深入剖析与解读对于当前中国社会公共价值观的重建具有一定的启示性意义。
Abstract
As a leader of communalism, Charles Taylor criticizes the conception of" self" in neoliberalism and, on that basis, constructs a " conception of sharing self" which puts great emphasis on the functions of moral framework, public good, language and moral sources in construction of a self. His deep analysis and interpretation of self in modernity is quite inspiring on the reconstruction of social public values for China today.
