Health is the well-being of the people.It is crucial to the prosperity and the peace of the nation,and to the process of modernization.Epidemic diseases,which poses a serious threat to human health and survival,has always been a matter of great concern.Over the past century,the Communist Party of China,with its strong governance in epidemic prevention,has achieved significant great-leap development from health and epidemic prevention to disease control and to Healthy China.Scholars in this academic field has paid close attention and extensively explored this issue,yielding abundant research outcomes with distinctive feature and diverse perspectives.However,existing studies lack a systematic framework at the macro level and detailed analyses at the micro level,indicating the need for further expansion of research in this field.The present paper holds that,the focused issues that should be addressed in the future includes a systematic review on the CPC's healthcare and epidemic prevention work,comprehensive and theoretical analyses to demonstrate why history and people choose the Communist Party of China,and progressive perspective to combine the history of epidemic prevention with current demands.
