During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the Fourth Red Army,as the most important main force of the CPC,had a strong combat effectiveness which was inseparable from the strong leadership of the Front Committee.The Front Committee,initially established as a leading organ of the Party for organizing armed uprisings or major battles,has gradually formed a formal system through repeated establishment and removal,i.e.the Party's leadership and command system of military struggle with the Front Committee as the core.Eventually,the Front Committee became the military leadership and command organ,the leading organ of the army's self-construction and the guiding organ of local revolution and regime construction.The decision-making of the Front Committee,the relationship with the upper and lower party organizations and the leadership of the various departments of the army were rule-based,which together constitute the operation mechanism of the Front Committee.It was of great significance to the establishment of the absolute leadership of the Party over the army during the Agrarian Revolutionary War.
