Modernization is the universal pursuit of all countries in the world.Modem Chinese people began their exploration and pursuit of modernization in the early stage.However,only under the leadership of the CPC,China's modernization has been promoted and expanded.Overseas scholars have paid continuous attention to the study of development of China's modernization,presenting various viewpoints on the nature,characteristics,content and world influence of China's modernization.In the 21st century,with the rise of China's international influence,overseas scholars'research on China's development has shown a trend of expansion.In recent years,overseas scholars'study on China's modernization has demonstrated a new feature and new trend in their research attitude,position,content and method.In accordance with the cognition and changes of overseas scholars,only by constructing a global Chinese discourse system,eliminating discourse barriers through dialogue and communication,and expanding discourse influence through digital empowerment,can we firmly safeguard the discourse interpretation right of Chinese modernization studies and the dominant right of international discourse.
