"Co-construction,co-governance and shared benefits"is a grassroots governance concept guided by the Party building in the new era,which provides new development connotations,value orientation and practical guidance for community governance in the new era.Taking"co-construction,co-governance and shared benefits"as life power in community governance,the community cultural identity becomes its essential process.Community culture can be divided into four types in structure,i.e.material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and spiritual culture.And the community culture identity in form can be classified into emotional identity,institutional identity,action identity and value identity.Community public space,as the concentrated carrier of community cultural form,becomes the practical pivot of community cultural identity.With community public space as the action field,including the structural elements,such as public places,public rules,public activities,and public spirit,the community members can achieve community cultural identity with the concept of"co-construction,co-governance,and shared benefits".
