The carbon emission rights trading market and its price mechanism are an important basis for realizing the fair,orderly and efficient operation of carbon emission rights trading,a driving force to guide the flow of en-terprise factor resources and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and also an important guarantee for accelerating the green transformation of economic development mode and realizing the dual carbon goal.By analyzing the current situation of the development of the domestic carbon emissions rights trading mar-ket,this paper points out that the price mechanism of the domestic carbon emission rights trading market is still"inactive,insensitive and unimpeded",and further analyzes the causes from the perspective of the government-driven mechanism market,segmentation characteristics,and imperfect participation system of the carbon emissions rights trading market.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to gradually explore the construction of a unified national market,improve and refine the implementation path of carbon emissions,accelerate the implementation and application of big data technology,and improve the carbon market trading system,so as to help achieve the dual carbon goal and the high-quality development of China's economy and society.
