Research on the"pricing"control of expressway mainte-nance costs——Taking X company as an example
Due to the large investment,long payback period and slow effect,the management and maintenance workload of expressways is large after they are put into operation.How to build,maintain,manage and protect roads,give full play to the important role of highways in the national economy and social development,has be-come the focus of attention.With the improvement of expressway network in Jiangxi Province,the focus of ex-pressway work has changed from rapid construction to both construction and maintenance,and gradually changed to maintenance.Therefore,X Company is selected as the research object to discuss the status quo and existing problems of its"pricing"control of conservation costs.On this basis,relevant countermeasures such as standard-izing system and system construction,adjusting budget preparation methods,strengthening budget implementa-tion control,updating budget implementation mechanism,improving budget assessment indicators and imple-menting budget reward and punishment system are proposed.Further promote X Company's maintenance cost"pricing"control.
