Research on the competitive strategy and market oppor-tunities of Chinese state-owned enterprises participating in international trade
By studying the competitive strategies and market opportunities of Chinese state-owned enterprises in international trade in recent years,this paper aims to reveal their advantages and challenges in the global market.Research has found that Chinese state-owned enterprises mainly adopt the following competitive strategies in international trade:First,improve product quality and added value through technological innovation,and enhance international competitiveness;Second,expand market share and improve international status through cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investments;Third,upgrade and optimize the industrial chain by strengthen-ing cooperation with the international industrial chain.At the same time,Chinese state-owned enterprises are facing many market opportunities in international trade,such as the rise of global emerging markets,the promo-tion of global economic integration,and the implementation of China's Belt and Road.However,Chinese state-owned enterprises also face many challenges in international trade,such as fierce competition in the international market,rising trade protectionism,and insufficient internal management and innovation capabilities of enterprises.Therefore,Chinese state-owned enterprises need to continuously adjust and improve their competitive strategies,seize market opportunities,and respond to challenges to achieve sustainable development.
