Research on the integrated service model and strategy innovation of science and technology service industry in the Yangtze River Delta——From the perspective of driving new quality productivity
Driven by the new quality productivity,the development of science and technology service industry has an increasingly important strategic significance for the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure,and the integrated service model can coordinate and optimize the integration of distributed science and technol-ogy service resources,connect the independent and segmented service processes,and achieve integrated service operations,thereby enabling technology service enterprises to gather more high-quality service resources to achieve their core service capabilities.Based on the perspective of new quality productivity,this paper takes the science and technology service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object,starting from the theoretical exploration of new quality productivity,science and technology service and integrated service,adopts the measurement method of industrial agglomeration degree,and mainly selects two indexes of spatial Gini coef-ficient and location entropy to measure and evaluate the spatial agglomeration degree of science and technology service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region from a macro perspective.The results show that from the per-spective of the Yangtze River Delta region,the integration level and the number of employment of the science and technology service industry basically show a stable development trend,and the agglomeration momentum is good.However,in terms of internal agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta,the spatial Gini coefficient of Ji-angsu Province is higher than that of the other three provinces and cities in most years,and the spatial agglomera-tion phenomenon is significant and the agglomeration degree is the highest;In terms of the key cities of the Yangtze River Delta,Suzhou and Nanjing have a high level of agglomeration in the science and technology ser-vice industry,with a good development trend.However,the development trend of Hefei,Lu'an,Yangzhou,and Hangzhou have an unsatisfactory development trend and the level of agglomeration needs to be improved.Fur-thermore,this paper adopts a questionnaire survey combined with empirical investigation and interviews to con-duct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the service input,service process,service output,and service im-pact of the science and technology service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region,and analyzes the problems and reasons of the technology service industry in the Yangtze River Delta from a micro and multi-dimensional perspective.On this basis,this paper designs the integrated model of science and technology service industry in the Yangtze River Delta from service resource integration,service function integration,service link integration and service process integration,and puts forward a new integrated service model and innovation strategy of"trin-ity"science and technology service industry based on government,industry association and enterprise from the perspective of new quality productivity.
