Research on the impact of new infrastructure on the quality of knowledge-based service trade exports——Empirical evidence from RCEP member countries
Based on the panel data of RCEP member countries from 2008 to 2022,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of new infrastructure on the quality of knowledge-based services exports. The results show that the new infrastructure plays a significant role in promoting the quality of knowledge-based service trade exports. With the development of information and communication technology, new infrastructure promotes the quality of knowledge-based service trade exports, and education level and research and development capabilities play a sig-nificant moderating role.Compared with developed countries, the new infrastructure in the developing countries has a more significant role in promoting the quality of knowledge-based service trade exports. The development of China's new infrastructure and knowledge-based service trade is relatively rapid, with obvious or certain ad-vantages in the number of network users and investment in education and research and development. The core technologies and related services provided by new infrastructure have obvious or certain disadvantages.China should strengthen the construction of new infrastructure, improve the level of education and research and devel-opment capabilities, and deepen cooperation with RCEP member countries in related fields.
