High-quality development of green trade empowered by new quality productive forces——internal logic,practical difficulties and implementation path
Developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement for promoting high-quality eco-nomic development.Green development is the foundation of high-quality development,and new quality pro-ductive forces itself is green productivity.As an important part of green development,green trade is the forefront of China's participation in the global climate governance and an important approach for promoting high-quality economic development in China.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces,this paper summarizes the internal logic of high-quality development of green trade empow-ered by new quality productive forces from three aspects:technological revolutionary breakthrough providing new driving force for the high-quality development of green trade,innovative allocation of production factors providing new driving force for the high-quality development of green trade,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading providing main support for the high-quality development of green trade.At present,high-quality development of green trade empowered by new quality productive forces is still faced with practical difficulties such as inadequate institutional mechanisms,relatively insufficient talent reserves,significant pressure for industrial transformation and upgrading,and complex and severe foreign trade situations.We need to summarize the path for high-quality development of green trade empowered by new quality productive forces from the aspects of innovating green development system and mechanism,coordinating education and science and technology talents,strengthening the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and promoting the formulation of global green trade rules.
