Research on the heterogeneous dynamic effects of green export empowered by digital
How to effectively exert the effect of green export empowered by digital is the key for China to realize the transformation from a large trading nation to a strong trading nation under the dual carbon goals.This paper takes China's provincial panel data from 2009 to 2017 as samples,supplemented by national data from 2009 to 2021,to empirically examine the heterogeneous dynamic effects of green export empowered by digital through constructing a panel threshold model.The results show that the green export empowered by digital in China presents a dynamic evolution process from weak to strong.This effect is obvious in the eastern region of China,but there is no dynamic characteristic in the central and western regions of China;Compared with non-pollution-intensive industries,the dynamic characteristics of green export empowered by digital are more signifi-cant in pollution-intensive industries.After further analysis of the heterogeneous dynamic constraint mechanism of the green export empowered by digital,it is found that regional economic development level,green technology innovation,trade openness and energy production structure are important factors to constrain the effect of green export empowered by digital.In the new era,China should continue to strengthen the construction of new in-frastructure,promote the integration of digital technology and green trade,and at the same time strive to improve the level of regional economic development,increase green technology innovation,optimize the energy produc-tion structure,and make a"winning combo"of policy in the context of continuously expanding the opening up to fully use the role of green export empowered by digital.
