新质生产力赋能生态产品价值实现:理论逻辑、困境挑战与实践路径

新质生产力为生态产品价值实现提供了新契机和新动能,有助于中国绿色发展、生态文明建设和"双碳"战略目标的实现.基于生态产品价值实现的目标要求,对新质生产力赋能生态产品价值实现的价值之维、逻辑之维和问题之维进行系统梳理,继而探索新质生产力赋能生态产品价值实现的多维实践路径.研究认为,新质生产力赋能生态产品价值实现,既是生态文明建设的重要内容,也是实现"两山"理论、共同富裕、现代化建设和"双碳"战略目标的重要手段.新质生产力赋能生态产品价值实现的逻辑之维包括理论逻辑、制度逻辑、社会逻辑、技术逻辑和实践逻辑.新质生产力赋能生态产品价值实现的过程中机遇与挑战并存,面临着生态产品产权界定不清晰、生态产品价值实现核算未统一、市场交易成本过高等困境.实践之维围绕制度创新、技术创新、平台创新、模式创新和智库创新构建了系统化、科学化、可持续的生态产品价值实现路径体系.在此基础上,对未来的研究议题进行了展望,以期为生态产品价值实现和生态文明建设提供参考.
The value realization of ecological products empowered by new quality productive forces:Theoretical logic,chal-lenges and practical path
New quality productive forces provide new opportunities and drivers for realizing the value of ecological products,which is conducive to China's green development,ecological civilization construction and the realiza-tion of the"dual carbon"strategic goals.Based on the goal requirements of realizing the value of ecological products,this paper systematically sorts out the value dimension and logic dimension,and problem dimension of rural revitalization empowered by new quality productive forces,and then explores the multi-dimensional prac-tice path of realizing the value of ecological products empowered by new quality productive forces.It is believed that the value realization of ecological products empowered by new quality productive forces is not only an im-portant part of ecological civilization construction,but also an important means to achieve the goals of"two mountains"theory,common prosperity,modernization and"dual carbon"strategic goals.The logical dimension of the value realization of ecological products empowered by new quality productive forces includes theoretical logic,institutional logic,social logic,technological logic and practical logic.In the process of the value realization of ecological products empowered by new quality productive forces,opportunities and challenges coexist,facing difficulties such as unclear definition of ecological product property rights,lack of unified accounting for realizing the value of ecological products,and high market transaction costs.The dimension of practice includes the estab-lishment of a systematic,scientific,and sustainable path system for realizing the value of ecological products cen-tering on institutional innovation,technological innovation,platform innovation,model innovation,and think tank innovation.On this basis,this paper pus forward the future research issues,in order to provide reference for realizing the value of ecological products and the construction of ecological civilization.
