With the further improvement of China's grassroots governance structure system,volunteer service organizations play an increasingly important role in the community.They can not only optimize the supply of community public services,but also have important significance for the adjustment and reshaping of community governance structure.From the perspective of process,voluntary organizations participating in community work have emerged due to the gaps of community governance structure;they promote the establishment of a new connection model between communities,residents,and grassroots governments by nurturing the social foundation of communities,linking and transforming the project resources of grassroots governments,and embedding into the community governance structure system,thus acquiring intermediation.The essence of intermediary production lies in the organizational connectivity,transformation,and integration functions.Based on organizational intermediary production,the community gradually promotes the bridging of governance structure and shapes the overall governance pattern.
