摘要
《周易》既是一部经久不衰的哲学著作和文化经典,也蕴含着丰富的教育思想和家道智慧.《家人》卦集中阐释了治家之道,专门探讨了家庭教育的要旨,认为家道的根本系于母教,而母教的成败则关乎家族存亡、社会兴衰与国家治乱.通过卦象寓义和易理发微,《家人》卦明确了主体母教、客体母教与反身母教的三重母教内涵,同时提出了教子婴孩、教子修身、教子以恒的三大母教原则和宽严相济的母教方法.在家庭结构、女性角色和亲子关系发生剧变的当今社会,充分挖掘和继承弘扬《家人》卦中源远流长的母教思想,需要廓清家庭教育的内涵与职责、强化父母协同共育教育理念、推动父亲互补角色深度融入和引导母亲明晰自我角色定位.
Abstract
Zhouyi is not only an enduring philosophical work and cultural classic but also rich in educational thoughts and Taoist wisdom.The Family trigram expounds the way of managing a family,and specifically the gist of family education.It explains the foundation of family management lies in maternal education,and the success or failure of maternal education is related to the survival of the family,the rise and fall of the society,and the order or chaos of the country.The study explores the symbolic meaning of Family trigram and Yi Jing principles and reveals the connotations,the principles,and the method of maternal education.The triple connotations of maternal education are mother as the educator,mother as the educated,and mother as a self-reflector;the three principles of maternal education are educating children from babyhood,educating children by improving one's own quality,and educating children by being constantly reasonable and well-founded;and the method of maternal education is combining punishment with leniency.In today's society where family structure,female role,and parent-child relationship are undergoing drastic changes,it is necessary to fully explore and carry forward the long-standing mother-education thought in the Family trigram,clarify the connotation and responsibilities of family education,consolidate the concept of parents'collaborative education,promote the deep integration of fathers'complementary role,and guide mothers to clearly position their own role.
