摘要
数字生产力是新质生产力的重要表征,在赋能乡村振兴的实践中催动着农业生产主体、要素、路径和模式发生着新变革、产生了新动能.而今,置身数字时代,发展数字生产力是助力乡村振兴、扎实推动共同富裕的应然之举.与之同时,数字生产力在赋能乡村高效高质发展时也经历着变革的阵痛,诸如新旧业态盲目更替、智力物力供需错位、生产要素分配失衡等成为亟待解决的现实问题.故而,立足乡村实际,聚焦创新、精准和民生去把握数字乡村建设的主动,激发数字生产力助力乡村振兴的巨大潜力,找寻优化"三农"高质量发展路径,是全面推进乡村振兴,实现共同富裕的必经之路.
Abstract
Digital productivity is an important representation of new productive force.In the practice of empowering rural revitalization,it has propelled new changes in the subjects,factors,paths,and models of agricultural production,and has generated new momentum.In today's digital era,developing digital productivity is a natural move to help rural revitalization and solidly promote common prosperity.Meanwhile,digital productivity is also experiencing the pains of change when enabling efficient and high-quality development in rural areas.Practical problems including the blind replacement of old and new business forms,the misalignment of supply and demand of intellectual and material resources,and the imbalance in the distribution of production factors need to be addressed urgently.The essential way to drive rural revitalization all round and achieve common prosperity should be based on rural reality and focus on innovation,targeted poverty reduction,and people's livelihood;thus,it can take the initiative of digital rural construction,activate the huge potential of digital productivity to help rural revitalization,and search for a path to optimize the high-quality development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.
