Leadership and Collaboration:Governance of Grassroots Community in the Pattern of Shared Governance under CPC Leadership:Based on Analysis of Rural Revitalization Practice in Balihan,Inner Mongolia
Shared governance under CPC leadership is a new dynamic form and effective pattern.Analysis of the effective mechanism of village governance in Balihan,Inner Mongolia reveals that the shared governance under CPC leadership is a cooperative interest community formed by the grassroots party organizations,enterprises,and rural elites under the guidance of the Party;it can promote the development of rural industry and integrate the forces inside and outside the village so as to achieve rural revitalization.The construction of governance community under Party leadership unites multi-stakeholders to build up a complex and collaborative power of governance so as to realize rural revitalization.
