To screen for antagonistic bacteria against the pathogen causing Chuzhou chrysanthemum wilt disease and provide resources to control the disease.Microorganisms were isolated from the continuous cropping soil of Chuzhou chrysanthemum, and antagonistic strains with the ability to produce siderophores were selected through CAS medium and plate confrontation experiments. The antagonistic effects were verified through infection experiments and pot experiments on Chuzhou chrysanthemum wilt disease.A total of 183 bacterial isolates were purified from the soil, among which 77 strains with the ability to produce siderophores were selected using CAS medium, and 5 antagonistic strains were identified through confrontation culture with Fusarium oxysporum on plates.Among them, strain TZ-8 showed the highest inhibition rate of 59.68%,with the ability to fix nitrogen, solubilize phosphate and potassium, and secrete IAA.It was identified as Burkholderia vietnamiensis. The results of infection experiments showed that the strain could effectively resist pathogen infection in plant tissues, and the results of pot experiments demonstrated that the strain had a good biocontrol effect against Chuzhou chrysanthemum wilt disease. The strain TZ-8 can effectively control Chuzhou chrysanthemum wilt disease and can be included in the bacterial resource library for the biocontrol of the disease.
