In this paper,a polymer emulsion with a viscosity of 1 478 MPa/s was synthesized by using reclaimed acrylic distillation liquid(MMA)as the main raw material at 82℃,stirring speed of 550 r/min,initiator(potassium persulfate)content of 0.4%,and MMA∶butyl acrylate(BA)2∶3.Using the emulsion as adhesive,the real stone paint was prepared by adding hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.14%,film forming agent 0.67%,defoamer 0.08%,distilled water 17.44%,and natural colored sand 75.32%.The water resistance of the stone-like paint meets the requirements of GB/T 1733-1993.The alkali resistance meets the requirements of GB/T 9265-2009.The temperature resistance also meets the requirements of JG/T 24-2000.
