Analysis of influencing factors of static efficiency redundancy regulation of agricultural water use
In order to study the influencing factors of static efficiency redundancy regulation of agricultural water use,a DEA model is constructed to measure the static efficiency of agricultural water use based on the agricultural economy. The static efficiency relaxation variable is used as the benchmark to quantify the redundancy discrete deviation to measure the quantitative regulation ratio. The correlation matrix was used to analyze the influencing factors of regulation, and Anhui Province is taken as an example for analysis.Under the guidance of agricultural economy, the static efficiency of agricultural water use in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2020 showed an overall upward trend, and the spatial dimension was saddle-shaped.The time dimension redundancy rate of agricultural water use static efficiency was 53.3%,and the proportion of DMU quantitative regulation was 2.63%.The spatial dimension redundancy rate was 81.3%,and the DMU quantitative regulation ratio was 15.5%.The research showed that the redundancy regulation of the static efficiency of agricultural water use was affected by the model capacity and pure technical efficiency. The redundancy regulation of the total amount of agricultural water use would cause the output to be out of control, and the efficiency model capacity should be given priority. The influence rate of pure technical efficiency redundancy was 88.5%and it had a negative correlation with DMU redundancy.By improving the level of management technology, the redundancy of static efficiency of agricultural water could be reduced. This study can provide reference for the redundancy control of agricultural water use static efficiency in various regions.
