摘要

为解决小缸窑圩"关门淹"问题,通过分析小缸窑圩水系条件、工程现状及洪涝遭遇情况,并遵循一般治涝原则,合理划分高、低排区,规划新建排涝泵站,将小缸窑圩除涝标准由不足 5 年一遇提高到 10 年一遇.总结的"上防山洪、中撇洪水、下排涝水、相机排洪"治理思路可为安徽省沿湖靠山圩区治涝提供参考.

Abstract

To address the issue of flooding when closed in the Xiaogangyao embankment,the study analyzes the hydrological conditions,current engineering status,and flood situations of the Xiaogangyao embankment.Following general flood control principles,it reasonably divides high and low drainage areas and plans to construct a new drainage pump station,raising the flood control standard of the Xiaogangyao embankment from less than a 5-year recurrence interval to a 10-year recurrence in-terval.The summarized approach of preventing mountain floods upstream,diverting floodwaters in the middle,draining flood-waters downstream,and opportunistically discharging floods can provide a reference for flood control in the lake-adjoining and mountain-adjacent embankment areas of Anhui Province.
