The impact of rapid transition between drought and flood on soybean yield and growth development
To study the impact of rapid transitions between drought and flood on soybean yield and growth development,a com-parative test using drought-flood transition test cylinders was conducted, including groups for drought-flood transition, single drought, single flood, and a control group. The study analyzed the changes in chlorophyll content under different experimental conditions, the yield variation of soybeans subjected to drought followed by continued flooding, and the yield variation under different drought-flood combination scenarios, focusing on the interaction between initial drought and subsequent flooding. The research further explored the effects of drought-flood interactions on yield components. The findings provide theoretical support and technical backing for disaster prevention and mitigation in rapid drought-to-flood transitions.
