摘要

为解决王家坝水文站缆道控制系统基础控制面板功能较为单一且遥控功能不足的问题,基于国产RISC-V指令集单片机芯片、WSS双向通信协议与物联网技术设计了缆道自动控制系统.该系统现场控制功能完备,可由云端实现缆道限位控制与速度控制、缆道避障、校准辅助、运行状态监测及远程控制等多种功能,提升了水文缆道测验效率,对淮河流量监测具有重要意义.

Abstract

To address the issues of the basic control panel at the Wangjiaba Hydrological Station's cableway control system,which has limited functionality and lacks sufficient remote control capabilities,an automatic control system for the cableway was designed based on a domestic RISC-V instruction set microcontroller chip,WSS bidirectional communication protocol,and Internet of Things (IoT)technology. The system is equipped with comprehensive on-site control functions,allowing for various features to be implemented via the cloud,such as cableway limit control and speed control,obstacle avoidance,calibration assistance,operational status monitoring,and remote control. This enhances the efficiency of hydrological cableway measurements,making it significant for monitoring the flow of the Huaihe River.
