Study on the output flow characteristics of parallel constant pressure variable pump unit in a hydraulic hoist
Aiming at the hydraulic system of the plane gate hoist in the reinforcement and renovation project of the flood control wall passage gate in the Wuhu customs section,a digital simulation model of the parallel constant pressure variable pump unit was constructed.Under the condition of setting deviations in the spring preloading force of different pressure regulating valves,the dynamic variation and response characteristics of the output flow of the parallel constant pressure variable pump were ana-lyzed.The simulation results showed that the setting deviation of the spring preload of the pressure regulating valve had a signif-icant impact on the output flow rate of each pump under the condition of multi-pump parallel.When a load step signal was ap-plied,variable pumps with lower pressure settings exhibited a faster dynamic response,resulting in rapid changes in output flow.Pumps with higher pressure settings were still operating at the maximum displacement condition because the system working pressure was limited by the pressure limit of the lower working pressure pump,and the pressure limit value of the pump did not reach the adjustment threshold.The research results on the flow characteristics of parallel constant pressure variable pump sets using the digital simulation model can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of hydraulic system.
