摘要

为实现多个水闸安全监测数据精准采集、汇集共享与统一分析应用,在对临淮岗洪水控制工程六座大型水闸安全监测设施运行情况及管理需求进行调查分析基础上,构建基于B/S互联网构架的集中式水闸群安全监测平台.研究表明该系统试运行情况稳定可靠,且对全面掌握水闸工程运行安全性态,确保工程安全运行,进一步提高闸坝安全管理水平具有重要意义.

Abstract

To ach ieve precise data collection,aggregation,sharing,and unified analysis of safety monitoring for multiple sluice gates,a centralized sluice safety monitoring platform based on the B/S(Browser/Server)internet architecture was de-veloped.This was based on an investigation and analysis of the operational status and management needs of the safety moni-toring facilities for the six large sluice in the Linhuaigang flood control project.Research results showed that the trial opera-tion of the system was stable and reliable.The system was of great significance for comprehensively mastering the safety sta-tus of sluice project operation,ensuring the safe operation of the project,and further improving the safety management level of sluices and dams.
