佛子岭水库群防洪调度系统设计与实践

为提升佛子岭水库群的运行效率和安全水平,基于现代信息技术和系统理论,运用现有成果开展数据底板建设、库容复核成果集成与应用,结合佛子岭水库群运行管理矩阵一体化平台建设进行数据集成,构建佛子岭防洪调度模型.通过上述模型将水库群内各水库、调度机制、监测站点等要素以矩阵形式整合,可以较好地实现水库群防洪控制监督以及资源配置、信息共享等.基于库群调度模型建立的矩阵式一体化管控平台的水库群防洪调度系统具有较强的实践性以及可操作性.
Design and practice of flood control scheduling system for Foziling reservoir group
In order to improve the operational efficiency and safety level of the Foziling reservoir group,modern information technology and system theory were employed.Based on existing achievements,the construction of a data platform,integration and application of reservoir capacity review results,and data integration in conjunction with the construction of the operational management matrix integrated platform for the Foziling reservoir group were carried out.This aimed to build a flood control scheduling model for the Foziling reservoir.Through the above model,reservoirs within the reservoir group,scheduling mecha-nisms,monitoring stations,and other elements were integrated in a matrix format.This facilitated effective supervision of flood control within the reservoir group,as well as resource allocation and information sharing.The reservoir group flood control scheduling system,based on the matrix-integrated management and control platform established through the scheduling model,demonstrated strong practicality and operability.
