数字新基建、区域创新与文化消费升级

数字新基建在文化产业领域的深度融合和应用,拓展了文化消费业态与模式,提供了文化消费升级的新动能.基于省级面板数据的实证检验结果表明:数字新基建的发展可以显著推动居民文化消费升级,并且可以通过带动区域创新间接提振文化消费;数字新基建对文化消费的影响具有显著的"边际效应"非线性递增特征;数字新基建对文化消费的积极影响存在区域和城乡异质性.因此,应以顶层设计、金融支撑、人才培育为抓手,大力推进数字新基建发展,以平台建设优化区域文化科技资源配置,实施动态化、差异化的数字新基建发展战略,促进文化消费升级,助力物质文明和精神文明相协调的中国式现代化建设.
Digital Infrastructure,Regional Innovation and Cultural Consumption Upgrade
The in-depth integration and application of digital infrastructure in the cultural industry has expanded cultural consumption patterns and modes and provided new momentum for cultural consumption upgrading.The empirical test results based on provincial panel data show that the development of digital infrastructure can sig-nificantly promote cultural consumption upgrade and indirectly boost cultural consumption by driving regional innovation;its impact on cultural consumption has a significant"marginal effect"and"non-linear incremental characteristics";there exists regional and urban-rural heterogeneity in the positive impact.Therefore,top-level design,financial support and talent cultivation should be used as the grips to vigorously promote the de-velopment of digital infrastructure,optimize regional cultural,scientific and technological resource allocation by platform construction,implement dynamic and differentiated development strategies of digital infrastructure,promote the upgrading of cultural consumption,and help to pursue Chinese modernization that unifies material and spiritual civilizations.
