摘要
未来产业由于尚未确立明晰的产业形态、产业边界和发展模式从而具有不确定性,因此,超前布局未来产业是打造新的经济增长点、培育新的产业体系和抢占新的国际竞争制高点的关键.作为重大前沿科技创新成果产业化的产物,未来产业在不同空间范围内的布局情况直接关系到新质生产力的要素质量提升和资源配置效率改善.要以未来产业支撑新质生产力发展,应当通过提升基础研究能力、强化创新主导地位和贯彻因地制宜发展思路等,推动新产业、新模式、新动能融合发展.
Abstract
Future industries(FI)have uncertainties due to the lack of established industrial forms,boundaries and development models.Therefore,proactively planning for FI is crucial for creating new economic growth points,cultivating new industrial systems,and securing new heights in international competition.Its spatial distribu-tion directly influences the enhancement of factor quality and resource allocation efficiency for new quality pro-ductive forces(NQPF).To support the development of NQPF through FI,we should enhance fundamental re-search capabilities,strengthen innovation's leading role,and implement development strategies tailored to lo-cal conditions,promoting the integrated development of new industries,models,and drivers.
