数字经济是推动新质生产力发展的重要引擎.基于制造业上市公司数据的实证分析结果表明:企业数字化转型主要通过提高企业管理、创新和协同能力,推动新质生产力发展;所有制性质、要素密集度等企业微观特征以及知识产权保护、区域经济差异等外部环境因素,对数字化转型之于新质生产力的推动作用有差异性影响.因此,应以顶层设计、企业变革、人才培育为抓手,大力推动企业数字化转型,赋能新质生产力发展.
Abstract
The digital economy is an important engine for developing new quality productive forces(NQPF).Based on the data of public manufacturing companies,the empirical analysis results show that the digital transforma-tion of enterprises mainly promotes the development of NQPF by improving the enterprise's management,in-novation and coordination capabilities.The micro characteristics of enterprises and external environmental fac-tors exert diverse influences on promoting digital transformation to NQPF.Therefore,we should take top-level design,enterprise reform,and talent cultivation as the starting point,vigorously promote enterprises'digital transformation,and enable the development of NQPF.
