"因地制宜"是发展新质生产力的重要方法论指南."因地制宜发展新质生产力"命题的出场遵循深刻的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑.从理论上看,这一命题是马克思主义生产力理论中"因地制宜"理念的具体体现;从历史进程看,这一命题是生产力发展不同阶段"因地制宜"规则的当代呈现;从现实问题看,这一命题是在"不平衡不充分"发展状态下推动高质量发展的应有之义.因此,必须坚持"因地制宜"的方法论权威,优化新质生产力发展的战略全局,从而推动高质量发展.
Abstract
"Adapting to local conditions"is an important methodological guide for developing new quality productive forces.The proposition of"developing new quality productive forces adapting to local conditions"follows pro-found theoretical,historical and realistic logic.Theoretically,this proposition is the concrete embodiment of"adapting to local conditions"in Marxist productivity theory.From the historical process,this proposition is the contemporary presentation of the rule of"adapting to local conditions"in different stages of productivity de-velopment.From the perspective of practical problems,this proposition is the proper meaning of promoting high-quality development in the state of"unbalanced and inadequate"development.Therefore,we must ad-here to its methodological authority and optimize the overall strategic situation of developing new quality pro-ductive forces to promote high-quality development.
