"Relational Population"and the Cultivation of Main Body for Rural Revitalization
The continuous rural population outflow caused by rapid urbanization in China over the past 40 years has resulted in the lack of the main body for rural revitalization,which has become an unavoidable problem in promoting the rural revitalization strategy.Drawing from both Chinese practices in constructing the main body for rural revitalization and Japan's experience with talent support for rural revitalization,the only way to solve this problem is to cultivate and guide relational population as the main body and resource carriers and accelerate the channels and speed of rural-urban migration for them.Given this,accelerating the population flow between urban and rural areas and cultivating and guiding different types of relational populations to engage in rural areas is the fundamental way to construct the main body for rural revitalization in the new era.
