文化产业中的数字情感劳动:一种新型劳动形式

数字情感劳动是随着数字技术的发展和数字文化产业的兴起而出现的一种新型劳动形式.与数字劳动、情感劳动相比,数字情感劳动凸显了数字与情感的交互效应,因此需要从技术属性、社会属性和文化属性等方面理解其概念的生成逻辑.由于技术与情感的交叉融合,数字情感劳动表现出物质性与非物质性的统一、生产性与非生产性的统一、劳动主体的自主性、劳动者身份的不确定性和以数字媒介为中介等典型特征,并形成数字情感的表达、传递、管理和操纵四种主要类型.数字情感劳动嵌入文化生产的全过程、驱动文化消费的过程循环并重塑文化传播的链条,从而给文化产业发展带来重要影响,对数字文化产业的作用尤为显著.未来应大力促进数字情感劳动与数字文化产业的良性互动,推动文化产业的高质量发展.
Digital Affective Labor in the Cultural Industry
Digital affective labor(DAL)is a new form of labor that has emerged with the development of digital technology and the rise of the digital cultural industry(DCI).It prominently highlights the interactive effect between digital and affect,which makes DAL exhibit typical characteristics such as the unification of materiality and immateriality,the unification of productivity and non-productivity,and the autonomy of the labor subject,resulting in four types:the expression,transmission,management,and manipulation of digital affects.Embedded throughout the entire process of cultural production,DAL drives the cyclical process of cultural consumption and reshapes the chain of cultural dissemination,thereby significantly impacting the development of the cultural industry,particularly DCI.In the future,we should vigorously promote the positive interaction between DAL and DCI to facilitate the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
