The Mechanism and Path of Happiness Cultivation on the Mission Education of College Students
There is a relationship between mission education and well-being development.Mission education,concerning the nation's future and ethnic destiny,features grand thematic narratives.Happiness cultivation emphasizes subjective psychological experience and self-worth realization,with micro-internalization characteristics.In fact,there is a fit in terms of purpose and function.The enhancement of subjective well-being helps solidify university students'ideological identification with bearing missions,achieving internalization of theory into the heart;the improvement of psychological well-being aids in cultivating comprehensive abilities to bear missions,externalizing theory into action;the enhancement of social well-being contributes to forging excellent qualities in bearing missions,aligning personal value with social value.In the practice of education,by strengthening social support to reflect the social temperature of"people-oriented",improving the motivation of achievement,cultivating the excellent ability of"do well and succeed",cultivating prosocial behavior,and cultivating the spirit of"daring to do",the optimization of the above three paths has promoted the mutual promotion and complementarity of college students'mission education and happiness cultivation,and made efforts in the same direction,and realized the unity of the internalized effect and externalized benefits of mission education.This provides new ideas for innovating the mission education methods of college students and improving the effectiveness of mission education.
