产教融合模式作为职业本科专业人才培养的重要方式,在实际施行过程中,需确保产业与教学紧密联系,加大力度开展实践性教学、顶岗实习工作、"1+X"书证融通等工作.除此之外,力求多路径探析职业本科培养,竭力规避试错的风险.积极推动高等职业本科教育院校与社会企业高效融合,逐步构造协同育人、资源共享、教学短板互补、教学贴近实际生产的新局面.清晰了解人才培养中遇见的诸多问题后,应当逐个改正,确保职业本科教学体系的探索与实践始终朝着正确的方向.
Research on the Path of Software Engineering Talent Cultivation in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges under the Mode of Integration of Industry and Education
The integration model of industry and education,as an important way of cultivating vocational undergraduate talents,attaches importance to the close connection between practical teaching and internship work during the actual implementation process.This involves intensifying practical teaching,on-the-job internships,and the integration of"1+X"certification and learning,among other approaches.Additionally,colleges should strive to explore multiple paths of vocational undergraduate training,avoid the risk of trial and error,and actively promote the efficient integration of vocational education institutions and social enterprises,gradually constructing a new situation of collaborative education,resource sharing,complementary teaching weaknesses,and teaching close to actual production.After clearly understanding the many problems encountered in talent cultivation,it is necessary to correct them one by one to ensure that the exploration and practice of the vocational undergraduate teaching system is always in the right direction.
