摘要
习近平青年观是凝结了包括青年作用、青年成长成才、青年教育、青年工作等方面的意蕴丰富的理论体系,其在实践、目标、方向、方法上为大学生党员示范引领作用的发挥提供导向.学生党员在政治思想、学习学业、道德品行及生活作风上起着良好的示范引领作用.尽管当前学生党员示范引领作用的发挥取得了一定的成效,但在发挥过程中仍面临着作用难以主动生成、难以持续、影响力有限等挑战.以身份意识教育、良性竞争环境、实践锻炼来增强示范引领作用发挥的内驱力、持续力、影响力,从而进一步推动大学生党员更好地引领青年学生承担起实现中国梦的历史使命.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's view on youth is a theoretical system with rich implications,including the role of youth,the growth and development of youth,youth education,youth work and so on.It provides guidance for the demonstration and leading role of college student Party Members in practice,goal,direction and method.Student Party Members play a good demonstration and leading role in political thought,study,morality and life style.Although the current demonstration and leading role of student Party Members have achieved certain results,they still face challenges such as difficulty in generating the role on their own initiative,difficulty in sustaining the role,and limited influence.The identity consciousness education,benign competitive environment and practical exercise are used to enhance the driving force,persistence and practical ability of the demonstration leading role,so as to further promote the college student Party Members to better lead the young students to undertake the historical mission of realizing the Chinese dream.
