摘要
高校作为人才创新的集聚地和人才培养的主阵地,要发挥好党管人才的制度优势,破解高校人才管理理念相对落后、人才政策体系尚不完善、人才评价机制不科学、人才流动机制不通畅等问题.通过形成人才管理工作"新理念"、打造高质量人才政策体系、完善人才评价机制、优化人才流动机制,实现高校人才治理的制度化和科学化建设,形成良好的学风、教风、校风,提升高校党组织的领导能力和水平,不断培养国家战略人才和高等教育的"大先生",为开创新时代人才工作的新局面作出新的贡献.
Abstract
As a gathering place for talent innovation and a main battlefield for talent cultivation,universities should give full play to the institutional advantages of the Party in managing talents,and solve problems such as relatively backward talent management concepts,incomplete talent policy systems,unscientific talent evaluation mechanisms,and unsmooth talent flow mechanisms in universities.By forming a new concept of talent management,creating a high-quality talent policy system,improving talent evaluation mechanisms,and optimizing talent mobility mechanisms,realize the institutionalized and scientific construction of talent management in colleges and universities,form a good style of study,teaching and school,improve the leadership ability and level of the Party's organizations in colleges and universities,and continuously cultivate national strategic talents and leading figures in higher education,so as to make new contributions to opening a new era of talent work.
