列宁的"政治遗嘱"特别重视社会主义文化建设,针对国民文化素质整体低下、党和国家机关工作人员文化素质较低、城乡社会主义文化发展两极分化严重的问题,对当时俄国文化建设的急迫性和重要性进行了深刻的剖析.列宁强调,俄国要发展,必须大力发展国民教育,加强党和国家机关文化建设,增强城乡社会主义文化建设互动性.这启示中国特色社会主义文化建设要坚持马克思主义方向,高度重视文化建设的战略地位,加强执政党自身文化建设,推进乡村文化振兴.
Abstract
Lenin's"political will"attaches special importance to the construction of socialist culture.It deeply analyzes the urgency and importance of cultural construction in Russia at the time,in light of the overall low level of national cultural quality,the low cultural quality of staff in party and state organs,and the severe polarization in the development of urban and rural socialist culture.Lenin stressed that in order to develop,Russia must vigorously develop national education,strengthen the cultural construction of the party and state organs,and enhance the interaction of urban and rural socialist cultural construction.This enlightens that the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics should adhere to the direction of Marxism,attach great importance to the strategic position of cultural construction,strengthen the cultural construction of the ruling party itself,and promote the revitalization of rural culture.
